Before submitting application

Applicants are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 500(non-refundable/non-transferable) through one of the following means:

  • a) Deposit Rs.500 at Prabhu Bank, Account number : 0450092590400028 in the name of Himalaya College of Engineering and upload image of bank deposit voucher on website.

  • Note that Depositor's name in the voucher must be student's name along with ioe roll number.

  • b) Deposit Rs.500 by visiting Himalaya College of Engineering.

  • c) Use eSewa payment gateway.This payment can be done during admission form fill up.

Application Procedure

Online Application Procedure

  • 1. Accessing the Application Form:

    • • Go to the Admission section and select "Application Form".
    • • Choose your course:
      • • Bachelor of Engineering/Architecture
      • • Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
      • • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Technology (BSc. CSIT)
  • 2. For Bachelor of Engineering/Architecture:

    • • Enter your IOE Entrance Roll number (other details will load automatically).
    • • Select your preferred program(s) and set priority.
    • • Accept terms and proceed to payment.
    • • Choose a payment method:
      • • e-Sewa: Log in, complete payment, and return to the website to enter the transaction code.
      • • Prabhu Bank: Upload the payment voucher.
      • • In-person: Provide the college-issued voucher number.
  • 3. For BCA or BSc. CSIT:

    • • Fill in all application details.
    • • Accept terms and proceed to payment.
    • • Choose a payment method:
      • • e-Sewa: Complete payment and enter the transaction code on the website.
      • • Prabhu Bank: Upload the payment voucher.
      • • In-person: Provide the college-issued voucher number.
  • 4. Final Step:

    • • Upon successful payment, you'll receive an acknowledgment page and SMS confirmation.
